A charge of £7.00 is levied on all despatches to UK mainland destinations.

If delivery is required outside this area, please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order. All goods are normally ex stock in the UK and will be shipped using a next day traceable courier. Please allow 5 working days for order processing, picking, packing and delivery. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via e mail to advise you of your delivery date.

Returns and refunds.
Incorrect, damaged or faulty goods will be replaced at no further cost to the customer. Such items should be notified within 10 working days of delivery, thereafter will be subject to the discretion of Domestic Filters. Any refunds due will be made via the method used for payment.

Product Availability
Owing to variations in product availability, products shipped may differ in appearance and colour. The illustrations shown on our web-site are intended as a guide only but please be assured that all products supplied are suitable for the purpose intended.

Order Cancellation
All cancelled orders will incur an administration fee of £6.00 – this fee is levied to cover the cost of processing and refunding the transaction that Domestic Filters incurs from it’s Secure on-line service provider.
